Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and download your return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, including the return slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
